What the job looks like
Each day you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
- Develop, implement, and orchestrate machine learning models and multi-agent AI systems to solve complex business challenges.
- Leverage Databricks to operationalize pipelines and deploy AI workflows from prototype to production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to transform business problems into scalable AI solutions.
- Clean, preprocess, and engineer data with pyspark to ensure its quality, reliability, and relevance for downstream modeling.
- Stay current with emerging trends in ML, LLM, RAG, AI Agents, Agentic AI
- Contribute to the development and documentation of best practices, standards, and reusable components within the team.
What you'll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience delivering AI/ML solutions from prototype to MVP using frameworks like MLFlow, PyTorch, TensorFlow.
- Proven experience in building multi-agent systems using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Agentic AI and orchestrating interactions using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel.
- Strong proficiency in Python and PySpark for scalable machine learning and data processing
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Databricks in a production environment and familiarity with Azure Solution Architecture.
- Experience developing Python-based front ends using Streamlit, Plotly Dash, Django or similar.
Exceptional Qualifications
- Proficiency in graph data science using NetworkX or similar packages.
- Proficiencey in deploying and maintaining Neo4j on virtual machines.
- Deep understanding of Cypher query language and its application in real-world graph problems such as shortest path.
- Demonstrated ability to apply graph-based methods to AI and Agentic AI use cases.
