What the job looks like:
In this role, you’ll take ownership of key controlling topics and work closely with senior stakeholders. Your day-to-day will include:

We’re looking for someone who combines strong financial fundamentals with a proactive, improvement-minded attitude. Ideally, you bring:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Business Finance (pharma experience is a plus), with a strong learning mindset.
- Fluent English is mandatory (spoken and written).
- Hands-on operational controlling experience, including monthly reporting, forecasting and planning cycles.
- Experience harmonizing and standardizing processes across teams, and the confidence to propose new ideas for a modern controlling setup.
- Solid skills in SAP (FI/CO, BW) or similar ERP systems, plus strong working knowledge of Excel; Power BI is a plus.
- Ability to turn complex topics into clear, practical insights that enable informed decision-making.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, combined with a collaborative, inclusive way of working.
At Grünenthal, you’ll work in a purpose-driven environment where your expertise helps create impact for patients. You can expect meaningful responsibility, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to shape and modernize finance operational processes in a hybrid working setup.
