What the job looks like:

• Performing daily cash application related to AR for customers;
• Ability to reconcile, maintain and clear customer accounts;
• Process invoices and credit notes;
• Monitor dunning and collections management considering local requirements;
• Knowledge in the collections process;
• Resolve customers payment related queries;
• Support month-end and closing processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures;
• Ability to autonomously identify, analyze and solve issues;
• Specialized proficiency in the end-to-end O2C processes;
• Interact with respective Business Partners and/or with the relevant operating units (e.g. for clarification of complex accounting issues);
• Provide knowledge by developing and implementing operational projects.

What you'll bring to the table:

• Accounting or Finance degree (or in other related fields);
• Customer facing professional experience in relevant areas is a plus;
• Good knowledge of accounting standards;
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and SAP FI;
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a strategic mindset;
• Team player, quality and service-oriented;
• Strong analytical and negotiating skills;
• Willing to learn, collaborate and to develop new skills;
• Highly motivated and flexible;
• Fluency in written and spoken English and German (mandatory); additional European languages are a plus.
