What the job looks like:
Each day you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
- Enable support for master data organization by ensuring E2E data processes, tools and controls with the aim of delivering on GRT Master Data Management objectives;
- Act as MDM representative in all Integration Projects;
- Prioritize Master Data creation according to the business necessities;
- Work closely to the business function; it requires good understanding of cross-functional business processes as well as transactional systems, databases and user tools;
- Resolve customers queries related to MDM;
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of work instructions, standard operating procedures, policies, and training material for Master Data Management;
- Drive continuous improvement programs to further enhance Data Quality by analyzing data within the database, observing and monitoring processes and working with the business to identify improvements;
- Ensure accurate & timely data entries and high quality of Master Data;
- Assist in the creation and embedding of Data Governance that includes the creation and maintenance of Data Dictionaries, Data Quality Rules, etc., working closely with Data Owners, Data Stewards and Business Process Owners;
- Assist in the implementation of tools and processes to create and maintain Master Data Responsiveness (target completion of MD requests & response to queries);
- Define and manage the MDM priorities/capacity planning.
What you’ll bring to the table:
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:
- Bachelor degree;
- 3+ years of experience in Master Data Management in SAP;
- Very good knowledge of SAP module MM (SD, FI is a plus);
- Data quality and data risk management expertise;
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite skills (excel to an advanced level and PowerBI power user);
- Project Management experience, working in large projects (SAP Implementation Project is a Plus);
- Data Profiling and Data Quality monitoring tools;
- Experience working with multiple countries/geographies;
- GxP knowledge is a plus
- Problem-Solving: Creative and proactive approach to identifying and troubleshooting data-related issues;
- Strong communication skills – Culturally diverse;
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse (virtual & cross cultural) group, managers, staff, and subject matter experts;
- Delivering results and meeting customer expectations, quality oriented;
- Ability to develop in line with the GRT Master Data envisioned expansions ;
- Passionate about data and data quality;
- Fluency in written and spoken English (mandatory); additional European languages (e.g. Spanish) is a plus.
