What the job looks like:

Each day you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

  • Data Quality Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of master data throughout the migration process;
  • Data Conversion Preparation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare all necessary data for conversion;
  • Data Conversion Execution: Execute the data conversion tasks with precision and adherence to project timelines;
  • Testing and Validation: Participate in all phases of testing to validate data conversion results and identify any issues;
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation related to master data management and migration activities;
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand and meet their data requirements;
  • Drive continuous improvement programs to enhance data quality by analyzing data within the database, observing and monitoring processes, and working with the business to identify improvements;
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing project requirements and timelines;
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

What you’ll bring to the table:

To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

  • Bachelor degree;
  • 3+ years of experience in Master Data Management in SAP;
  • Technical Expertise: Solid experience in SAP ECC R3 and SAP S/4HANA environments, with a strong understanding of master data management principles;
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite skills (excel to an advanced level and PowerBI power user);
  • Data Profiling and Data Quality monitoring tool;
  • Experience working with multiple countries/geographies;
  • Knowledge of information and data architectures, strategies, organization and governance preferred;
  • GxP knowledge is a plus;
  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities to assess Data Quality and resolve issues effectively;
  • Project Management: Proven ability to execute complex data migration projects. Willing to learn, collaborate and to develop new skills;
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks related to data conversion and quality assurance;
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex data requirements and solutions;
  • Problem-Solving: Creative and proactive approach to identifying and troubleshooting data-related issues;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (mandatory); additional European languages (e.g. Spanish) is a plus.
