Commercial Operations Analyst competencies:
- Analyses quantitative and qualitative information in the production of timely and adequate reports using healthcare and pharmaceutical data sources.
- Produce and maintain all standard market information and dashboards through the Market Intelligence (MI) platforms.
- Support the Market BI Tools and update according with GRT strategy.
- Monitor special market events with impact in GRT Business.
- Analyses the GRT’s portfolio and market evolution and generates valuable conclusions.
- Support and monitors all CRM platforms: Sales Force and Veeva Ecosystem.
- Support the implementation of Omnichannel Customer Engage Model in SFMC, CRM, Power BI.
- Support ad hoc analysis in new products assessments.
- Support in other tasks and processes linked with ComEx Projects.
Market Access Officer competencies:
- Support price and reimbursement processes, elaborate market access and funding strategies for key products and pipeline.
- Support the sales team with a focus on furthering scientific knowledge and resolving market access barriers.
- Prepare and submit the annual price revision, maintain an updated pricing database and support the Long Term Plan.
- Ensure to follow all Grunenthal compliance guidance and local laws in collaboration with the Compliance Department.
What you'll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:
- A Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Pharma/ Life Sciences.
- Experience in analyzing data and statistics as well as creating customized reports.
- Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical industry and working with SFE and CRM platforms is a plus.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
- Strong analytical skills, and technology and digital understanding.
- Critical thinking, attention to detail and communication skills.
- The ability to work in a time-sensitive environment, handling multiple tasks.
