What the job looks like
Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
- Diving into diff erent functions and active collaboration in the main areas of our Group &Controlling organization (including national & international rotations)
- Planning, analysis, steering and reporting of fi nancial core data to support managementdecisions
- Working in interdisciplinary projects (with for instance accounting, tax, treas-ury,commercial) to support the continuous improvement of our Group & Controllingorganization via e.g. Operational Excellence or Digital Transformation initiatives
- Working on your development, which is supported by a mentor including ambition talks,coaching sessions & performance reviews
- Participating in common trainings for all graduates as well as customized ones for you as anindividual
- Being a part of our Global Graduate Network
What you'll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:
- An excellent Master degree in Finance, Controlling or Business Administration with focus onprocess optimization, strategy and/or analytics
- First professional & international experience in relevant fi elds (e.g. internships inControlling, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Production or Procurement) withcontinuous improvement mindset.
- Funded MS Offi ce skills as well as a basic knowledge of SAP (FI/CO); Ideally you have fi rstexperience in operations controlling and/or with BI tools such as Qlik, Tableau, Power BI
- Strong communication, intercultural and social skills as well as an enthusiastic can-doattitude
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Fluency in English
