What the job looks like:
Each day, you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

  • Lead quality assessments and diagnostics at manufacturing sites.
  • Provide hands-on support to sites facing compliance, inspection, performance, or quality system challenges.
  • Serve as interim Quality leader or advisor during critical business situations, leadership transitions, or remediation programs.
  • Ensure sustainable resolution of quality risks, deviations, audit findings, and systemic compliance gaps.
  • Lead regional quality transformation programs and strategic improvement projects.
  • Support post-merger integrations, site transfers, network harmonization initiatives, and quality culture transformations. 
  • Coach and develop site Quality leaders and quality teams.
  • Strengthen quality culture and continuous improvement capabilities at site leadership level.

 

What you’ll bring to the table:
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

  • Master's Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Engineering or related Life Sciences discipline.
  • 15+ years of experience within pharmaceutical Quality functions.
  • Significant experience as: Site Head of Quality/ Head of QA/ Senior Quality Leader within GMP-regulated environments.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting FDA, EMA and international regulatory inspections.
  • Proven track record managing complex remediation programs and quality transformations.
  • Experience leading cross-functional and multi-site initiatives within global pharmaceutical organizations.
  • Experience participating in mergers, acquisitions, site integrations or large-scale organizational change programs is advantageous.
