24-month programme

During this unique 24-month experience, you will get a holistic view of our entire organisation. Together, we will create a personalised programme, including the possibility to explore different areas of our business. You can even switch roles and rotate across our global affiliates and sites.

We will give you the chance to network with colleagues from across our company while also developing your skills and competencies within an international environment.

From day one, you will be assigned to impactful national & international projects – taking full ownership with high

visibility to our Global Leadership teams. And at every stage, you will gain insights into Grünenthal’s business model and the pharmaceutical industry.

Your mentor, a senior leader of our company, will work with you to structure your programme and find the best way to move you forward in your career.

You will actively work on your development, which your mentor supports, including ambition talks, regular feedback & coaching sessions, and performing reviews.

Furthermore, you will participate in training activities with all global graduates and customised sessions for your specific profile to develop your technical, interpersonal, and professional skills. 

And because we know how important it is for graduates to have a strong support network, you will also be part of our Global Graduate Network.

At the end of this programme, you will be ready to take the next step in your global career – wherever it takes you!
