- Integrating country requirements into global strategies to enable successful commercialisation at affiliate level
- Building strong relationships with external health economic experts, clinical opinion leaders, policymakers, organisations and industry peers
- Strengthening HEOR capabilities and supporting the development of a broader Market Access advisory network across the organisation
What you’ll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

- Experience leading early payer engagement and successful HTA submissions that achieved meaningful value recognition
- Experience managing complex projects within a cross-functional matrix environment
- Experience within speciality medicine
- A strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to connect local competitive considerations with global and international priorities
- Confidence navigating ambiguity, uncertainty and complexity in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and innovative approach to evidence generation, economic modelling, pricing and market access
- Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, communication and presentation skills
