What the gob looks like:

 Each day you´ll enjoy a variety of tasks such as:

  • Ensure Marketing strategies and tactics are transformed in delivered campaigns in systems
  • Business consultancy, be part of xtfl. Asset teams, challenge, enable and provide best practice
  • Technical consulting, securing operation and further development of our digital tactics
  • Responsibility for the timely creation of components within the scope of omnichannel campaigns (e.g. event landing pages, brand pages, etc.)
  • Management of local suppliers (e.g. server hosting)
  • Business requirements assessment, development and prioritization of user stories and transfer of business requirements into the agile framework
  • Manage campaign and channel performance to deliver expected customer experience
  • Program / implement campaign workflows across the customer journey into the span of marketing automation (e.g., SF Marketing Cloud) and e-delivery omnichannel operations; Manage ongoing campaigns – technical iterations based on marketing managers’ guidance, and leveraging KPI measurement by ‘performance management’ bucket)
  • Day-to-day local operation of full spectrum of content omnichannel operations (ranging from local institutional website, to local HCP portal  + Grunenthal health and other GRT websites)
  • Guardian of the platforms integrity and good performance, ensures partners (IT, external, etc) deliver in line with planning and budget
  • Support of communication to Field Teams on existing content and Customer usage of it, to ensure synergies & good understanding of omnichannel by the Field Teams
  • Manage the local part of the Global Asset Library; Enrich the local asset library with locally generated contents
  • Trouble-free implementation by means of structured functional tests and transparent communication (e.g. in the works council technical committee) in the event of changes to the system landscape
  • Compliance with all governance requirements (cybersecurity, dataprivacy)


What you´ll bring to the table

 To make the most of the role and truly thrive, you should have:

  • IT-centric degree or equivalent experience IT development, development, marketing technology on the job
  • Experience Salesforce, prefer Veeva CRM Operations, experience CMS via Veeva Vault are a plus.
  • Technical understanding of data structures, interfaces, tracking and (business) analytics: experience in behavioral tracking, tracking implementation is a plus
  • Experience in design and optimization of business processes
  • Experienced in agile working style/experience in agile setup as Product Owner desirable are a plus
  • Structured and self-organized work style as well as experience in diagnosing and solving complex problems
  • Analytical approach, affinity for numbers and very good understanding of technologies and ability to translate data into insights
  • Very good presentation skills adapted to the respective target group
