What the job looks like:
- Respond the technical doubts of HCPs and internal stakeholders, such as Market access team, directly sent to Medical Department or sent through Sales Force or MSLs according to the MI SOP.
- Elaboration/adapt of “response letters”.
- Search for updated scientific content.
- Review the promotional, sales training, regulatory and medical contents in accordance with the scientific approach.
- Support Medical Managers in elaborating Medical contents, also for Marketing purposes.
- Elaborate scripts and responses to customers doubts regarding to GRT products (call center).
- Close monitor of customer reports regarding the products changes or requests for reimbursement.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Desirable 2 years of professional experience in similar roles.
- Educational background in Health Sciences.
- Strong communication skills (speaking and writing).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Advanced proficiency level of English and spanish.
