You will be working closely with the Hiring Manager and the HR BP to fill positions on expert and management level across the LatAm region.

What the job looks like
Each day you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

• Independently source and attract talents through various channels (incl. active sourcing, active candidate pools, employee referrals, direct applications)
• Build a strong pipeline of diverse talent across different functions and levels
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR BPs to define job requirements, develop job descriptions, and establish recruitment strategies
• Screen applications, conduct screening calls, and shortlist candidates
• Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Organization of and representation of Grünenthal at digital or f2f recruiting events
• Continuously scout recruiting trends
• Accompany new hires through our standardized onboarding process

What you’ll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

• 10+ years of experience in international recruiting, preferably in a pharmaceutical company or a recruiting agency focused on life sciences
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems)
• Proven success in managing full-cycle recruitment for operational and commercial roles on expert and managment level
• Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
• Deep understanding of the LatAm talent market and cultural nuances
