What the job looks like

Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

• Develop and implement Operational Excellence strategy consisten with the company's priorities and policies 
• Facilitate and lead the definition, deployment and implementation of KPIs, throughout the entire site of Chile.
• Manage the mapping process (VSM) and identification of opportunities for improvement, existing on the site and align its prioritization with the site director.
• Define the Implementation Plan of the site's operational excellence projects, which will be executed (objectives, benefits, work teams, resources, indicators and action plan with dates and responsible).
• Design and manage the Governance of the site's operational excellence strategy (including the control and monitoring of results, along with adjustment and improvement actions) necessary to support its achievement.

What you'll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

• Degree in industrial engineering or similar 
• More than 5 years of experience implementing a complete model of Operational Excellence (Lean Manufacturing, Lean-Six Sigma) in companies of similar size.
• Minimum Greenbelt certification 
• Tools and techniques for operational excellence, at least the most important ones: Value Stream Map, MDL, Kaizen Blitz, SMED and TPM).
• Advanced English (C1)
• SAP user level.
