What the job looks like
Each day you'll enjoy a Variety of challenges, such as:
- Independently source and attract talents through various channels (incl. active sourcing, active candidate pools, employee referrals, direct applications)
- Build a strong pipeline of diverse talent across different functions and levels
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR BPs to define job requirements, develop job descriptions, and establish recruitment strategies
- Screen applications, conduct screening calls, and shortlist candidates
- Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Organization of and representation of Grünenthal at digital or f2f recruiting events
- Continuously scout recruiting trends
- Accompany new hires through our standardized onboarding process
What you'll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:
- 3+ years of experience in international recruiting, preferably in a pharmaceutical company or a recruiting agency focused on life sciences
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems)
- Proven success in managing full-cycle recruitment for operational and commercial roles on expert and managment level
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
- Deep understanding of the LatAm talent market and cultural nuances
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Curiousity to learn and continuously improve
