What the job looks like 
Each day you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

  • Process and track export orders, from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy, timely fulfillment, and quality conditions for pharmaceutical products.
  • Work closely with foreign trade to properly coordinate transportation, documentation, and other logistics chain requirements defined for different products.
  • Act as a main point of contact for business partners and customers in all matters related to export shipments, coordination between warehouses, and resolution of operational problems that may arise.
  • Provide reports and monitor defined service KPIs, as well as respond to audits in the processes under your responsibility.
  • Promote the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, seeking operational excellence and exceptional service.
  • Participate in export product integration projects.
  • Adhere to policies, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork.

 

What you’ll bring to the table 
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

  • Logistics professional, industrial engineer, or comparable, with 5+ years of experience in the export of pharmaceutical products to Europe, the United States, and Latin America.
  • Experience in warehouses with a high level of digitization or automation is desirable.
  • Experience in cutting-edge logistics companies (e.g., Mercado Libre, Amazon, etc.) is desirable.
  • Knowledge/certification in operational excellence tools applied to logistics (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc.) is desirable.
  • Knowledge/certification in SAP IM/WM is desirable.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Teams).
  • Experience in digitization/automation projects is desirable.
