What You'll Do

 

Every day, you will take on challenges that directly impact the quality and reliability of our products, including:

 

  • Perform analysis of semi-finished products for release, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Operate laboratory techniques such as HPLC with precision and accountability.
  • Interpret results and deliver reports within established timelines, ensuring productivity.
  • Meet KPIs and departmental objectives, aligning your work with company goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement and adapt to ongoing innovation and changes in processes and guidelines.
  • Demonstrate commitment, accountability, and a proactive attitude to support patient safety and uphold the company's reputation.
  • Apply GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) guidelines in all laboratory activities.

 

Your Contribution

 

To be successful in this role, we are looking for:

 

  • A degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Intermediate English proficiency to understand monographs and technical documentation.
  • Experience at least 2 years in pharmaceutical companies
  • A proactive, organized, and compliance-oriented attitude, with a strong focus on teamwork.
  • Availability to work in shifts
