What the job looks like

Every day you will take on challenges that directly impact the quality and reliability of our products, such as:

• Perform analysis of semi-finished products for release, in compliance with quality standards.
• Handle laboratory techniques such as HPLC with precision and responsibility.
• Interprete results and delivering reports within established timelines, ensuring productivity.
• Meet KPIs and department objectives, aligning your work with the company’s goals.
• Drive continuous improvement and adapting to innovation and constant changes in processes and guidelines.
• Demonstrate commitment, responsibility, and a proactive attitude to support patient safety and the company’s reputation.
• Apply GMP and GLP guidelines in all laboratory activities.

What you'll bring to the table

To stand out in this role, we are looking for:

• Educational background in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong organizational skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Intermediate level of English, with the ability to understand monographs and technical documentation.
• A proactive, organized attitude, focused on regulatory compliance and teamwork.
