What the Job looks like

Each day you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

• Plan and coordinate physicochemical analyses of semi-finished and finished products.
• Drive the implementation and use of continuous improvement tools within the laboratory.
• Develop and promote digitalization initiatives within the Quality Control area.
• Apply GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) guidelines in all laboratory activities.

What you’ll bring to the table

To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Productivity Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in Quality Control and/or pharmaceutical production
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Power Apps.
• Strong organizational skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Intermediate level of English.
• A proactive, organized attitude with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and teamwork.
