What the job looks like

Each day you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

• Supporting the execution of the TPM implementation roadmap at the Quito site manufacturing plant.
• Monitoring critical operational standards aligned with our 2026 strategy.
• Analyzing key data and performance indicators using digital tools such as Advanced Excel and Power BI.
• Participating in continuous improvement projects through GOBS.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on standardization, digitalization, and production process optimization initiatives.

What you’ll bring to the table

To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

• Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Academic Level: Final semesters of undergraduate studies.
• Experience: Previous experience in the consumer goods or pharmaceutical industry is desirable, but not required.
• Languages: Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Competencies: Strong analytical skills, autonomy, creativity, and teamwork.
• Availability: 6 hours per day / 30 hours per week.
• Work Modality: On-site.
• Location: Pomasqui, Quito, Ecuador.
