What you’ll do

 

Every day, you will take on challenges that directly impact operational excellence and site performance, such as:

 

  • Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor (Gemba), supporting teams to confirm processes, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure proper application of OPEX and GOBS standards.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives (DMAIC, SMED, Kaizen, SPS), ensuring effective implementation and the delivery of sustainable savings.
  • Act as a facilitator and coach, building capabilities across the organization and guiding leaders and teams in the effective use of operational excellence tools.
  • Bridge operations and strategy by ensuring alignment between the Strategic Plan, Hoshin Kanri, and key performance indicators, interacting across all areas of the site.
  • Drive a culture focused on safety, quality, cost, and performance, promoting consistency, accountability, and measurable results.

 

What you bring

 

To succeed in this role, you combine technical expertise with leadership and influence:

 

  • Degree in Industrial, Chemical, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or related fields, with intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading and implementing Lean methodologies in manufacturing environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience in OPEX / Lean / Six Sigma, with the ability to lead improvement projects end-to-end, from diagnosis to implementation at Gemba.
  • A continuous improvement mindset and results orientation, with the ability to turn opportunities into impactful projects and sustainable savings.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, acting as a change agent and mobilizing cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive and resilient profile, with curiosity, drive, and courage to challenge the status quo, always committed to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
