What the job is like
Every day you will take on challenges that directly impact the delivery of reliable, safe, and on-time products, through the following activities:
- Analyze equipment performance trends.
- Develope root cause analyses.
- Challenge the status quo and propose better options to improve asset reliability.
- Work collaboratively with local and global teams.
- Participate in internal and external audits within the area.
- Apply GMP and GLP guidelines in all maintenance-related activities.
Your contribution
To succeed in this role, we are looking for candidates with:
- A degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in maintenance planning or coordination within the pharmaceutical, consumer goods, and/or food industries.
- Strong organizational skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Intermediate English proficiency, with the ability to communicate with global peers and stakeholders.
- A proactive, well-organized attitude, focused on regulatory compliance and teamwork.
