Maintenance Planner

What the job is like

Every day you will take on challenges that directly impact the delivery of reliable, safe, and on-time products, through the following activities:

• Analyze equipment performance trends.
• Develope root cause analyses.
• Challenge the status quo and propose better options to improve asset reliability.
• Work collaboratively with local and global teams.
• Participate in internal and external audits within the area.
• Apply GMP and GLP guidelines in all maintenance-related activities.

Your contribution

To succeed in this role, we are looking for candidates with:

• A degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in maintenance planning or coordination within the pharmaceutical, consumer goods, and/or food industries.
• Strong organizational skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Intermediate English proficiency, with the ability to communicate with global peers and stakeholders.
• A proactive, well-organized attitude, focused on regulatory compliance and teamwork.
