What the Job Is Like

Every day, you will take on challenges that directly impact the quality and reliability of our products, including:

• Supervising area personnel, monitoring and improving performance indicators.
• Managing quality/EHS events, deviations, and the closure of corresponding CAPAs.
• Ensuring compliance with GMP and GDP requirements within the area.
• Managing SAP-WM processes related to the area.
• Responding to the needs of our internal and external customers, strengthening collaborative relationships throughout our operation.

Your Contribution

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Biochemistry and Pharmacy, or related fields.
• Knowledge of GMP requirements.
• Knowledge of SAP MM and WM.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in the logistics sector, preferably in warehousing and storage operations.
• Experience leading operational teams (10 or more people).
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and spoken, verifiable).
• Experience managing and analyzing performance indicators through Power BI or other data analytics tools.
• Availability to work shifts and/or weekends.
