What the Job Is Like
Every day, you will take on challenges that directly impact the quality and reliability of our products, including:
- Supervising area personnel, monitoring and improving performance indicators.
- Managing quality/EHS events, deviations, and the closure of corresponding CAPAs.
- Ensuring compliance with GMP and GDP requirements within the area.
- Managing SAP-WM processes related to the area.
- Responding to the needs of our internal and external customers, strengthening collaborative relationships throughout our operation.
Your Contribution
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Biochemistry and Pharmacy, or related fields.
- Knowledge of GMP requirements.
- Knowledge of SAP MM and WM.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in the logistics sector, preferably in warehousing and storage operations.
- Experience leading operational teams (10 or more people).
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and spoken, verifiable).
- Experience managing and analyzing performance indicators through Power BI or other data analytics tools.
- Availability to work shifts and/or weekends.
