What the job looks like
Each day you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
- Support the identification, documentation, and mapping of building facilities and infrastructure, including both GxP and non-GxP areas.
- Collect and organize information on building assets such as lighting systems, walls, flooring, sprinklers, smoke detectors, cameras, doors, and furniture.
- Review architectural and engineering drawings to identify facility specifications and maintenance requirements.
- Assist in documenting external building installations, including façades, roofs, drainage systems, finishes, and paint types.
- Analyze existing maintenance plans and contribute ideas for improvements and optimization.
- Develop a work plan aligned with the assigned project and track progress.
- Prepare and deliver project updates and presentations to the team and senior leaders.
- Contribute to the development of maintenance strategies that support efficient facility management.
What you'll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (6th to 8th semester).
- Strong interest in facilities management, infrastructure, and maintenance processes.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- English is considered a plus.
- No previous work experience required.
