What the Role looks like

 

Every day, you will take on challenges that directly impact the quality of our products and the productivity of our plant, such as:

 

  • Coordinating and overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and productivity and service targets.
  • Ensuring that production processes are executed in accordance with approved procedures, while effectively managing the resources required to meet the manufacturing plan.
  • Managing deviations and operational events by driving containment actions, root cause analysis, and improvement plans to reduce risks and prevent recurrence.
  • Promoting workforce capability development, operational discipline, and continuous improvement through performance monitoring and systematic management of productivity losses, contributing to a safe, efficient, and compliant operation.

 

Your Contribution

 

To succeed in this role, we are looking for:

 

  • Degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Biochemistry (mandatory).
  • Proven knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Ability to lead operational teams.
  • Intermediate to advanced English level.
  • Experience with Quality tools (GMP), including deviation investigation, root cause analysis, change control, CAPA, validation, and qualification.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
  • A proactive, organized, and results-oriented mindset.
