What the job looks like
Each day you will enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
- Responsible for purchasing processes and administrative and legal management for the Regional Commercial area (Medical Affairs, Marketing & commex), ensuring compliance with internal policies and accurate documentation.
- Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to area heads, including agenda management, travel coordination, expense reports, meeting logistics, and other administrative needs.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute regional internal events (meetings, trainings, workshops) for the Medical, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
- Manage and oversee regional vendors supporting Medical and Marketing projects, including the development and approval of promotional and non-promotional materials.
- Provide logistical coordination and support for regional external events (congresses, symposia, medical and commercial activities), ensuring compliance with corporate requirements.
- Handle the review, upload, submission, and follow-up of promotional and educational materials in Veeva PromoMats and Veeva Vault, and manage the distribution of regional content to local markets.
- Maintain constant, effective, and practical communication with local affiliates to address business needs and support project execution.
- Coordinate, execute, and document administrative processes related to medical education events and Key External Expert (KEE) vendor management.
- Assist in the coordination, review, and submission of medical education slide decks in Veeva Vault, ensuring compliance with internal medical standards.
- Provide support for budget reviews, preparation of reports, and planning of projects and activities.
