What the job looks like

 

Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

 

  • Forecast processing received from customers
  • Management and planning of supplies of assigned materials respecting production objectives and times
  • Processing of issuing and maintenance of purchase orders, management of material reminders to suppliers, call off management, management of shipping practices
  • Support in Material Master creation and Master Data Maintenance activities
  • Coordinate the activities of creating and issuing the documentation necessary for production
  • Share rolling forecasts of purchasing requirements to suppliers
  • Implement and update KPIs, participating in OPEX projects, to monitor supplier performance, inventory level and obsolescence risks, taking corrective actions to mitigate destruction risks
  • Use SAP management software
  • Learn about MRP, KANBAN procurement logic
  • Process Order issue for packaging pharmaceutical products
     

What you'll bring to the table

 

To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

 

  • Degree in Management Engineering or similar
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Previous experience in the role of production reality
  • Full time availability
  • Interpersonal relationship and good communication skills
  • Meeting deadlines and organizing
  • Proactivity and analytical skills complete the profile
