What the job looks like
Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
• Develop and maintain production schedules, balancing capacity, operational constraints and business priorities
• Coordinate production activities across multiple products to ensure efficient workflow execution
• Plan and prioritize manufacturing operations to maximize performance and minimize delays
• Ensure adequate resources, equipment and production capacity are available to meet demand
• Monitor production performance and proactively resolve planning or manufacturing issues
• Partner with Supply Network Planning to balance supply and demand while managing risks and opportunities
• Contribute to S&OP and IBP processes through accurate production planning insights
• Manage production changes, vulnerability reporting and planning-related compliance activities
• Support product lifecycle activities, including phase-in and phase-out planning
• Drive continuous improvement of planning processes, standards, tools and ways of working
What you’ll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain or Engineering or scientific domain
• A previous experience in manufacturing, scheduling, material planning or supply planning within the pharmaceutical, medical or FMCG sectors
• A strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production planning
• Business fluency in English
• Advanced experience with SAP MM, PP, APO or SNP
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Experience with BI or Qlik, process management tools, planning systems, data mining and reporting
• An MBA or relevant Supply Chain certifications, such as APICS or IBF, would be considered an advantage
Our pay ranges are based on an objective, gender-neutral job evaluation system. The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant education, skills, experience, certifications, geographic location, and business or organizational needs. Your compensation package will include a performance-based annual bonus.
