What the job looks like

Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

  • Driving continuous improvement activities, monitoring our internal Business system progress, participating in site improvement assessments as well as developing and ensuring follow-through on improvement plans;
  • Working with production & training teams to deliver targeted OPEX training and demonstrate use of Lean/Six Sigma and TPM concepts;
  • Organizing events/workshops in the department to drive knowledge transfer and sharing of good manufacturing and best demonstrated practices;
  • Developing presentations to summarize findings and propose recommendations;
  • Supporting standardization of processes and continuous improvement training materials
  • Leading SMED activities;
  • Leading MFA (material flow analysis).


What you'll bring to the table

To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

  • Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g. mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, chemistry or pharmacy);
  • At least 3 years experienced continuous improvement leadership, implementing Lean and Six Sigma or other OPEX transformations  in Pharma or similar manufacturing industries such as Cosmetics, Food, etc. Project Management Experience would be beneficial;
  • Strong process engineering and data analysis skills;
  • Empathy and excellent communication skills, presentation and influencing skills, Change management ability and Strategic thinking;
  • Advanced skills with Excel and PowerPoint and in the use of mini-tab tools;
    Fluent both in Italian and English.
