What the job looks like:
Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
•    Leading continuous improvement activities in a specific section of the Site;
•    Monitoring Grunenthal´s Business system (GOBS) progress and participate in site improvement assessments as well as developing and ensuring follow-through on improvement plans;
•    Driving change management in the assigned area by training and follow up of Lean/Six Sigma and TPM concepts;
•    Support upper management in KPIs monitoring and decision taking;
•    Sharing of good manufacturing and best demonstrated practices.
 
What you'll bring to the table:
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:
•    Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g. mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, chemistry, ..)
•    At least 2 years of experience (e.g. Pharma, Cosmetics, Food, etc.);
•    First experiences driving OPEXc transformations, Lean & Six Sigma Projects and TPM deployment;
•    1-2 years of continuous improvement leadership, implementing Lean and Six Sigma or other OPEXc transformations;
•    Strong data analysis skills;
•    Advanced skills with Excel and PowerPoint and in the use of mini-tab tools;
•    Excellent presentation and influencing skills;
•    Being fluent in English and Italian would finalize your profile.
