What the job looks like

Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

  • Executing product data management activities, ensuring data is timely, accurate, and meaningful throughout the supply chain. The role covers data related to finished goods, packaging materials, raw materials, and planning parameters (e.g., safety stock, BOMs, barcodes, shipping configurations)
  • Collect, create, and update master data rules and standards
  • Coordinate data change workflows in company systems (e.g., product, supplier, customer, location changes)
  • Align with product development, marketing, regulatory, and data governance teams.
  • Monitor data quality and timeliness
  • Participate in company projects as a master data management reference
  • Drive continuous improvement in data management processes


What you'll bring to the table

To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Supply Chain certifications (APICS/IBF) are a plus
  • Experience (even brief) in supply chain/master data management in manufacturing industries, preferably in regulated industries (pharmaceutical, medical device)
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong data analysis, process modeling, and planning system skills (SAP or similar)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Proactive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement
