What the job looks like
Each day you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
- In this role, you will be responsible for the site maintenance plan through SAP PM (CMMS) management, maintenance performance monitoring and reliability improvement initiatives, working closely with Engineering, Maintenance and Production global and local teams and leading your Spare Parts team;
- Develop maintenance excellence and continuous improvement initiatives by maintaining maintenance engineering reports of KPIs trend and targets;
- Monitor and analyze maintenance KPIs, equipment performance, and reliability trends;
- Support the Head of Engineering & Maintenance in the maintenance budget management (Opex & Capex) and related reporting;
- Contribute to technical spare parts optimization and contractor management;
- Support procurement activities within the Engineering area;
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, environmental and corporate requirements;
- Maintain and update engineering and maintenance documentation.
What you’ll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred) or equivalent technical background;
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance planning within complex industrial environments;
- Good knowledge of SAP PM is mandatory;
- Understanding of maintenance and operation of manufacturing equipment;
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (TPM, Lean Manufacturing) and of safety regulations (GMP is a plus);
- Fluency both in Italian and English;
- Strong analytical, communication and ability to work cross-functionally;
- Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
