What the job looks like
Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

  • Assisting in the activities related to the general industrial equipment planning in order to improve the process and production activities as well as the better satisfy the products development needs.
  • Supporting the maintenance and periodic calibration activities of the process equipment.
  • Ensuring the efficiency of the equipment and the production line by proposing improvement programs with the collection of efficiency data.
  • Taking care of the execution of the activities related to the safety measures as for the process equipment.
  • Supporting the execution of technical projects relating to machines and plants with the role of Team Member.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and operating procedures for safety and occupational health as well as environmental protection within his/her areas of competence.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements as provided under the control model as per Decreto Legsilativo no. 231/01 and Grünenthal code of conduct within his/her area of competence.


What you'll bring to the table

To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have

  • Master’s Degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering or Automation.

  • Instrumental Technique.

  • In depth knowledge of Maintenance, preferably based on CMMS / SAP PM.

  • Plant & Machinery.

  • Process Engineering.

  • Project Management.

  • Safety Law.

  • Fluent English.

  • Able to manage daily issues and medium-long term activites.

  • Production Process.

  • Tools for Maintenance Management and Equipment Efficiency.
