We are looking for a Literature & Humanities Graduates Intern for the production plant in Origgio (VA, 30 km from Milan).

What the job looks like
Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
- implementation of programme’s communication plan, aligned with the business needs;
- organising various in person events (townhall meetings, internal events and celebrations);
- create engaging internal communication format and preparing and publishing content on various internal channels (such as artworks, news, video, etc);
- ensuring strategic branding;
- running and evaluating traditional and social media campaigns;
- comprehension of the of the communication strategies for the commercial and production sites;
- comprehension of the complany's flows and the strategies for internal and external projects;
- support HR Team and Executive Assistants in their tasks.
What you'll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:
- Degree in Humanities, such as Literature, Philosophy or Arts;
- Fluency in Business English (English level B2/C1 or higher);
- Proactive and eager to learn, Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
