Intern HR Specialist (m/f/d)

We are looking for a 6 months Internship as HR Specialist at our production plant in Origgio (VA, 30 km from Milan).

What the job looks like
Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

• Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
• Training and Development: Help organize and coordinate training sessions and development programs for employees.
• HR Reporting: Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
• HR Projects: Support key HR projects, including the PDR certification process and Great Place to Work (GPTW) initiatives.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including documentation, filing, and scheduling.

What you'll bring to the table

To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labour Law, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail and Goal oriented with organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proactive and eager to learn.
• Previous experiance as Talent Acquisition Specialist would be a plus.
