​​What the job looks like

Each day you'll enjoy a variety  of challenges, such as:

  • Being part of the Warehouse and Logistics team, while managing and facilitating the smooth export and import of pharmaceutical good to international markets, being responsible for managing orders, shipments and the necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations;
  • Co-ordination of import/export shipments of pharmaceutical products while coordinating the team;
  • Managing and preparing documentation (invoicing, customs permits, certifications, bills of lading, packing lists);
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure punctuality and compliance of shipments;
  • Ensuring compliance with health, quality and compliance regulations relating to pharmaceutical products in the various destination countries and resolving any issues related to shipping or customs compliance;
  • Supporting the management of relations with regulatory bodies and export authorities.


What you'll bring to the table

To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

  • Degree in Economics, International Trade, Pharmaceutical Sciences or similar;
  • At least 5 years relevant experience in a similar role coming from the transport and logistic;
  • Strong understanding of international customs regulations and shipping procedures, tariff systems, knowledge of GMP and GDP narcotics and hazardous material would be preferred;
  • Experience with SAP ERP;
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (minimum level C1) is essential.
