What the job looks like
Each day you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
- As an HR Trainee, you will support a variety of activities across the employee lifecycle, working closely with Talent Acquisition, Compensation&Benefits, HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, employees and candidates! You will have the chance to combine operational activities with creativity, helping us attract, engage and develop talented people;
- Recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, job posting management, screening and interview coordination partnering with Hiring Managers, assuring a positive candidate experience;
- Employer branding initiatives;
- Admin and payroll-related processes assistance (e.g. onboarding process, employees’ documentation, healthcare founds, medical examinations scheduling);
- HR Excellence support, ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance within HR system (SAP);
- Contributing to HR Engagement activities.
What you'll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:
- A degree (or ongoing studies) in Human Resources, Humanities, Psychology, Economic or a related field;
- A genuine interest in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations;
- A keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills;
- A proactive and creative mindset, with the ability to develop engaging presentations and communication materials (knowledge of PowerPoint and other digital presentation tools);
- A proactive attitude, curiosity and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders in a multicultural environment;
- Fluency both in Italian and English.
