What the job looks like
Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

 

  • Executing the Pharmaceutical Development trials within the Pharma Technology department.
  • Supporting the Manufacturing department in the execution of demo and validation batches.
  • Contributing to the resolution of technology-related issues and to the continuous improvement projects within the manufacturing department.
  • Collecting and elaborating data by using the statistic tools.
  • Issuing and update the department SOPs, creating batch records for the trials and Technology Transfers.
  • Managing the Pharma Technology laboratory (balance calibration, instruments cleaning and use, etc.) and managing the raw materials stock of the department (stock check, supplier identification, etc.).
  • Applying safety and GMP norms and regulations.

 

What you'll bring to the table

To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

 

  • An university degree in the Scientific domain (e.g. Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or similar).
  • At least 1 or 2 years of experience within the Technology Transfer function of a multinational pharmaceutical company.
  • You bring in MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), previous experience with SAP and/or a ERP system software represents a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of statistical tools.
  • Strong communication skills, high analytical skills and excellent team working approach; a proactive and entrepreneurial attitude characterize yourself.
  • Knowledge of GMP is considered a plus.
  • Fluent English language skills finalize your profile.
