The Partner Business team is responsible for managing Grünenthal’s business in markets where the company does not operate through a direct commercial presence. In these markets, Grünenthal works with a diverse network of external partners, covering a broad portfolio of products and business models.
As a Trainee in Partner Business, you will support the team in coordinating and managing these partnerships across Central & Eastern Europe (CEE), gaining exposure to how strategy, commercial operations, pricing, supply, contracts, and performance management come together in a partner-based environment.
This role offers a unique opportunity to understand how a pharmaceutical company operates beyond direct affiliates, and how value is created through collaboration with external partners.
What You Will Be Involved In
- Supporting the operational and analytical management of partnerships across multiple countries
- Contributing to business and performance reviews with partners and internal stakeholders
- Supporting pricing, forecasting, and financial topics linked to partner operations
- Assisting with contractual documentation and improving visibility of key terms
- Contributing to process improvement and standardization across Partner Business activities
- Conducting market and partner research to support strategic and business discussions
