What you’ll bring to the table 
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

  • 5-8 years of progressive experience in Controlling, Finance, or Business Partnering roles ideally in a commercial or pharmaceutical environment.
  • Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and performance steering within a multinational or matrix organization.
  • Experience in business partnering, investment evaluation, and strategic decision support.
  • Familiarity with compliance, statutory reporting, and governance frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; advanced qualifications (e.g., MBA, CPA, CMA) are a plus.
  • Continuous professional development in leadership, governance, or strategic finance is desirable.
