What the job looks like
Each day, you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

  • Owning and continuously improving the Scope 1, 2, and 3 GHG inventory
  • Defining and maintaining GHG and PCF methodologies, processes, and documentation
  • Ensuring data quality, traceability, and audit readiness (CSRD / ESRS)
  • Leading the digitalization of GHG inventory and calculation processes
  • Designing and piloting Product Carbon Footprints for products
  • Supporting the transition from spend‑based to product‑based Scope 3 data
  • Managing internal stakeholders and external Partners
  • Building internal carbon accounting capabilities

 

What you’ll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

  • A Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sustainability, climate, LCA, or carbon accounting roles
  • Proven ownership of a corporate GHG inventory
  • Hands‑on experience with Scope 3 categories and supply‑chain‑heavy datasets as well as end‑to‑end experience delivering PCF or LCA initiatives
  • Experience working in regulated manufacturing or pharmaceutical Environments
  • The ability to translate carbon results into actionable insights and priorities
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with people at all levels across the organization 
  • Fluency in English
