What the job looks like:

  • Define and document the IT solution architecture for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with the IT standards, policies, and principles.
  • Monitor and report on the performance, availability, and quality of the IT products (services), including relevant business-facing KPIs (e.g. process efficiency, user impact), using appropriate metrics and tools.
  • Manage the service level agreements (SLAs) with the service providers and IT teams, to align them with the business expectations and requirements and ensure transparent trade-offs between service quality, cost, and performance.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the service transition, change, and release management processes, ensuring that the IT services are delivered in a timely, efficient, and effective manner.
  • Manage the service risks, issues, and escalations, ensuring that they are resolved or mitigated in accordance with the agreed procedures and standards and act as the final escalation point for major service disruptions.
  • Operationally manage the IT budgets in alignment with the Product Owner to deliver IT products (services) within budgetary constraints, aligned with business requirements and identify cost optimization opportunities.
  • Identify, analyse, and implement the service improvement opportunities, balancing business value, risk, and cost efficiency, using best practices and frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, and Lean Six Sigma.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the business experts, service providers, and IT teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, trust, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership across cross-functional teams and service providers, driving alignment, accountability, and a strong customer-focused service culture.
  • Drive service transparency through regular service reviews and stakeholder communication on performance, risks, and improvements.

 

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT service management, preferably in a large and complex organization, with proven track record of delivering high-quality IT services.
  • A solid understanding of the IT service lifecycle, processes, and best practices.
  • A strong knowledge of the IT service industry, trends, and technologies.
  • Strong expertise in SAP Procurement and Supply Chain domains, including: SAP MM (PTP), SD (O2C), PUR. BP Master Data.
  • Planning & Supply Chain: SAP IBP, SCM Processes.
  • Experience on Procurement Ecosystem: SAP ARIBA, Jaegger, ORO,
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations and system conversions.
  • Exposure to SAP AI capabilities (e.g., Joule) and emerging digital innovations within the SAP ecosystem
