What the job looks like:

• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support in line with SLA;
• Run all necessary maintenance and enhancement activities to ensure reliable operations;
• Design and implement change requests in time, cost, scope and quality;
• Provide technical project support;
• Ensure quality of services by third party supplier. Steer delivery of 3rd party suppliers;
• Ensure that process and system documentation is always up to date;
• Create monthly service quality report;
• Run requirement analysis of business demands in the domain. Business Process Consultancy;
• Create concepts, blueprints and technical specifications in the domain;
• Take part, as sub-project lead role in international implementation projects with different degrees of complexity.

What you'll bring to the table:

• Degree in (business) computer science, engineering or comparable;
• Extensive knowledge in SAP processes, transactions, data structures, customizing and development;
• 5+ years of SAP experience (ECC 6.0 – Must; S/4HANA – Nice to have);
• Strong background in SAP in end-to-end processes in the domain:

         - Master Data (Materials, vendors and customers)

         - SAP LMPC

         - Production Planning

         - Quality Management

         - Basic ABAP Reading/Debugging

• Strong know-how on Master Data Governance Processes and systems (SAP MDG, or similar);
• Basic Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems;
• Good understanding of multi-system landscapes;
• Reporting and Analysis;
• Experience running SAP services in a regulated enterprise;
• ITSM Processes (Incident, Service Request and Change request);
• Analytical skills and integrated knowledge in other SAP modules.
