What the job looks like:
- Act as project manager / lead and ensure excellence in project setup and execution;
- Being a Process Consultant to support the BPO/BPE in workshops to design & model processes according to BPMN standard;
- Identifying, analyzing, prioritizing and formulating of business requirements and user stories towards IT;
- Supports Product Owner in requirements engineering and definition of user stories to get a holistic view about business requirements;
- Translate business requirements into IT language and ensure that they will follow the GIT processes & standards;
- Close collaboration with Application management to discuss, define and drive forward the solution design for Business requirements;
- Ensure E-2-E availability and quality of IT services;
- Strengthen business proximity in being the interface between business and IT;
- Co-Create the solution landscape and roadmap with GO functions, partnering with internal and external stakeholders and driving innovation. Build a trustful relationship with business colleagues of Global Operations;
- Build and maintain a stage gate process to orchestrate the process from ideation to new IT Solutions, helping GO to identify the most beneficial ideas.
What you'll bring to the table:
- Master degree in (business) computer science, engineering or comparable;
- IT professional with a minimum of 5 years experience in complex, international IT enterprise organizations;
- Strong background in processes and IT of a producing company with detail knowledge about procurement processes;
- Proven experience in project management of large, complex projects as well as in process management and the implementation of software and systems;
- Solid knowledge of IT technologies as SAP in specific modules like BI, SCM, IBP or PP;
- Advanced project and process management (BPMN) skills as well as proven change management ability;
- English fluent and preferably German and one further European language;
- Sound understanding of ITIL;
- Sound understanding of Processes with a minimum 5 years experience within the business domain.
