What the job looks like:
Each day, you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
- Prepare, maintain and continuously improve recurrent performance reports for Global Procurement & ESO and key stakeholders;
- Develop, automate, maintain and continuously improve Procurement performance dashboards and reports using Power BI;
- Perform ad-hoc analyses on spend, sourcing performance, savings,, maverick spend, and other key procurement metrics to support business decision-making;
- Monitor, validate, and improve procurement data quality to ensure accurate reporting and reliable business insights, using specific IT tools (e.g. SpendScape);
- Collaborate closely with Procurement, Finance, Controlling, IT, and external partners to align reporting requirements and support analytical process improvements.
What you’ll bring to the table:
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have
- Degree preferably in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related fields;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, experience with Power Query, Alteryx, or Think-cell are a plus;
- Experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools;
- Experience with SAP MM and BW, and in a Procurement area are a plus;
- High degree of self-initiative, autonomy and analytical capabilities;
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, technologies and processes;
- Fluent in English. Spanish and German are a plus;
- Good communication skills; experience interacting with diverse teams (virtual, cross functional and cross cultural);
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment;
- Knowledge about Procurement processes is a plus.
