Field-based competencies:
- Accountable for Scientific Sessions oriented for internal and external stakeholders.
- Planned, strategically aligned, non-promotional engagement with key stakeholders in two-way scientific exchanges.
- Increase stakeholder engagement through collaborative discussion, which contributes to a better Dx, Tx, patient journey, and optimize resources.
- Support the sales forces in furthering and leveraging scientific knowledge.
- Viewed as a trusted scientific partner by key stakeholders.
Office-based competencies:
- Develop, review, create, and maintain scientific material for key products (Product Monograph, Slide Kits, etc).
- Manage clinical projects ongoing, such as IIS and RWE, and coordinate publication plans.
- Support for medical information (responses) regarding specific requests related to pathology or portfolio.
- Accountable for scientific/medical content of congresses, symposia, advisory boards, investigator meetings, and alignment with the local strategy.
- Support Market Access on demand, grounded on clinical requests and support.
- Ensure to follow all Grunenthal compliance guidance and local laws in collaboration with the Compliance Department.
What you'll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:
- Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- 2+ years of experience in related activities.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical industry/competitive environment and of Portuguese Healthcare System.
- Medical-scientific Communication knowledge, including presentation and training skills.
- Basic understanding of Marketing/Market Access/Regulatory requirements and procedures.
- Fluent Portuguese and English.
- Ability to frequently travel in the country.
- Understanding of the local and national health ecosystem, data generation regulations, and studies implementation.
- Strong compliance ethics, in line with the code and regulation framework for the Pharmaceutical Industry.
