What the job looks like:

  • Strategize most optimum setup for owned processes to ensure Operational & Quality Excellence, triggering the right human dynamics, adequate Quality decision making and constant inspection readiness throughout the network;
  • Setting, maintaining and further developing Grünenthal’s GMP & GDP standards, and drive/support their seamless integration in the Global Operations Business System (GOBS);
  • Accountable for standardization and, where-ever it makes sense, harmonization of practices across functions and markets/regions;
  • Accountable for effective deployment of processes & systems, process maturity and process performance (perspectives: quality, compliance, productivity and customer satisfaction).


What you'll bring to the table:

  • Master Degree in Life Sciences (or equivalent);
  • Minimum 10 years experience in Pharmaceutical Industry, preferably in Manufacturing and Supply Organisations;
  • Experience in at least 3 different roles across Manufacturing, Quality Control, Distribution and/or Quality Assurance;
  • Minimum 5 years experience with Team and/or Project Leadership;
  • Good understanding of Pharmaceutical Product Lifecycle;
  • Knowledge of GMP/GDP regulations with capability of interpreting regulations;
  • Experience being Inspected by Regulatory Bodies (minimum: FDA, EMA).
