What the job looks like:

  • Conduct internal (process, system and affiliate audits) and external (Supplier audits, License partner audits) GVP audits globally;
  • Design, maintain and oversee QA owned processes e. g. audit process, risk-based audit planning, provide QA support for processes designed by internal partner;
  • CAPA management;
  • Provide competitive intelligence, benchmarking of best industry practices, mentoring and training, cross-functional support and consult with business;
  • Cooperate during regulatory inspections;


What you'll bring to the table:

  • Professional degree and/or advanced graduate degree in Health Sciences;
  • At least 5 years of experience in an international/global pharmaceutical, GxP regulated environment;
  • Experienced senior GVP auditor, preferably able to understand and audit in-depth computerized Systems;
  • In-depth knowledge of GVP regulations and guidelines, in-depth knowledge, experience and good understanding of pharmacovigilance processes;
  • Able to manage audits of high complexity and/or criticality  at external supplier/partner sites, and to summarize complex outcomes of audits;
  • Fluent business English language skills in speaking and writing, additional language skills beneficial;
  • Proven experience and knowledge in Project Management and OPEx tools and methods;
  • Ability to manage and evaluate risks systematically and efficiently and make decisions;
  • Proven negotiation skills and ability to manage, influence and collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders.
