What the job looks like:

  • Maintain the landscape, provide oversight, reduce technical complexity and find ways to achieve more with less;
  • Monitor new technologies and platforms and provide direction on the emerging technologies that should be assimilated, integrated, and introduced to ensure IT capabilities respond to business demands;
  • Establish digital workplace strategy and roadmaps that build upon innovations in workplace technologies to deliver connected user experiences, increase workforce digital dexterity and productivity;
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives targeting employee awareness, adoption, and satisfaction;
  • Provide leadership, day-to-day coaching, and manage the roster of the small team of Digital Workplace Engineers to provide seamless support and availability;
  • Direct the end-user services and engineering teams responsible for service requests, release coordination, end-user communications, reporting, and maintaining technologies and integrations;
  • Manage the annual budget to ensure it is consistent with overall IT and company objectives;
  • Handling service communications on service status, planned outages, releases etc.;
  • Supporting the overall technical operations, including incident, problem and availability management.

 

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Solid knowledge of supporting Win11/M365, fluent user of the office portal and Microsoft support;
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Management, SCCM, Intune;
  • Knowledge of corporate collaborative solutions (videconferencing, etc);
  • Leadership experience including line management, mentoring and developing teams to excel and improve performance;
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of service processes and managing SLA;
  • Degree in (business) computer science, engineering or comparable;
  • Experience with Win 11, Azure AD, M365 Operations, SCCM, Intune;
  • Good understanding of the Windows/M365 Landscape;
  • ITIL Framework knowledge;
  • Good communication and stakeholder management capacities. Focus on the customer;
  • Knowledge of Information Security;
  • Fluent in English.
