What the job looks like
Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
Order Management & Customer Service:
- Process and manage customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely execution;
- Handle customer complaints, providing clear and proactive communication regarding order status, delays, or exceptions;
- Manage billing processes, ensuring proper and timely invoice;
- Execute returns and credit processes, coordinating with the logistics operator, ensuring correct stock handling in alignment with company policies;
- Act as the primary point of contact for all order-related issues and resolutions.
Logistics Coordination:
- Coordinate daily activities with the logistics operator, including order preparation, shipment scheduling, and returns processing;
- Manage incidents related to deliveries, discrepancies, damages, or missing items, ensuring quick resolution and proper documentation;
- Monitor logistics KPIs and escalate anomalies when necessary;
- Coordinate and supervise reception and storage processes with the logistics provider to ensure proper inbound operations;
- Manage obsolete or damaged stock processes according to company guidelines.
What you'll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:
- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred);
- Previous experience in related activities, preferably in pharmaceutical or FMCG sector;
- Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) is a plus;
- Expertise with ERP systems (SAP or similar) is a plus;
- Fluent Portuguese and English;
- Strong time organization skills, attention to details and ability to work effectively under pressure;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders;
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive for continuous improvement;
- Focus on problem-solving and capacity to manage unexpected situations with autonomy;
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across different departments.
