What the job looks like

Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

 

Order Management & Customer Service:

  • Process and manage customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely execution;
  • Handle customer complaints, providing clear and proactive communication regarding order status, delays, or exceptions;
  • Manage billing processes, ensuring proper and timely invoice;
  • Execute returns and credit processes, coordinating with the logistics operator, ensuring correct stock handling in alignment with company policies;
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all order-related issues and resolutions.

 

Logistics Coordination:

  • Coordinate daily activities with the logistics operator, including order preparation, shipment scheduling, and returns processing;
  • Manage incidents related to deliveries, discrepancies, damages, or missing items, ensuring quick resolution and proper documentation;
  • Monitor logistics KPIs and escalate anomalies when necessary;
  • Coordinate and supervise reception and storage processes with the logistics provider to ensure proper inbound operations;
  • Manage obsolete or damaged stock processes according to company guidelines.

 

 

What you'll bring to the table

To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred);
  • Previous experience in related activities, preferably in pharmaceutical or FMCG sector;
  • Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) is a plus;
  • Expertise with ERP systems (SAP or similar) is a plus;
  • Fluent Portuguese and English;
  • Strong time organization skills, attention to details and ability to work effectively under pressure;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders;
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive for continuous improvement;
  • Focus on problem-solving and capacity to manage unexpected situations with autonomy;
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across different departments.
